Job Description

Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. We are looking for an Operations Executive Intern to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between Elpido partners, customers, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all Elpido service partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor partner availability, attendance, service quality, and punctuality.
- Ensure bookings received through the Elpido app are accepted and assigned smoothly without delays.
- Coordinate with partners to ensure timely completion of customer bookings.
- Handle partner onboarding, documentation, verification, and activation.
- Coordinate the distribution and collection of Elpido uniforms and ensure partners follow uniform requirements.
- Coordinate and manage partner participation in events, campaigns, training sessions, and operational activities.
- Address partner-related issues and resolve operational challenges quickly.
- Maintain regular communication with partners and ensure they are informed about company processes, updates,



and requirements.
- Monitor daily bookings and coordinate with the team to avoid cancellations, delays, or unfulfilled orders.
- Maintain accurate records of partners, uniforms, onboarding status, bookings, and operational activities.
- Work closely with the Marketing, HR, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to improve partner performance and customer experience.

Requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise multiple partners simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital platforms.
- Willingness to coordinate with partners and attend events or operational activities when required.
