As an Adobe - Marketo+ AJO, Associate you will support client work focused on business application consulting within our Salesforce Consulting Generalist practice, helping clients use marketing automation and journey orchestration tools to improve operational efficiency and support business goals. As an Associate you will contribute to project tasks, adapt to changing client needs, ask questions, and build your skills while delivering dependable work in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC, you will learn from a range of client settings,



help gather and interpret information, support solution implementation and user guidance, and develop the acumen needed to add value across projects.

Responsibilities

• Supporting client engagements by gathering requirements for Adobe Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions
• Assisting in the configuration, testing, and deployment of marketing automation workflows and campaign journeys
• Analyzing business processes and translating client needs into functional application requirements
• Contributing to data validation, issue tracking, and resolution activities throughout implementation workstreams
• Preparing documentation, training materials, and user support content for application adoption
• Participating in troubleshooting across Salesforce and marketing technology integrations
