Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager at Sacred School of Business.



The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive qualified leads and program enrollments. Responsibilities include managing paid media budgets, setting up and tracking campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting on ROI and key KPIs. The role involves collaborating with admissions, marketing, and content teams to refine messaging, landing pages, and funnels for better conversion rates. The Performance Marketing Manager will also conduct A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and recommend data-driven improvements to targeting, creatives, and overall digital strategy.
