Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and culture-driven Social Media Executive with a strong understanding of social media trends, internet culture, memes, and Gen-Z communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent storytelling and copywriting skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to build an engaging brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

* Plan and manage content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.

* Conceptualize engaging reels, stories, carousels, memes, and creative campaigns.

* Create witty, relatable, and engaging content and copy aligned with the brand's voice.

* Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and online community interactions.

* Drive brand storytelling through creative, trend-driven campaigns.





* Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, memes, and emerging digital opportunities.

* Track social media performance, analyze engagement metrics, and implement strategies to improve reach and growth.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely content delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably with a D2C or consumer brand.

* Strong understanding of internet culture, memes, social media trends, and Gen-Z audiences.

* Excellent storytelling, creative writing, and copywriting skills.

* Ability to develop fresh ideas and maintain a consistent brand voice.

* Knowledge of content planning, influencer marketing, and social media analytics.

* Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree; NIFT background preferred.
