Purpose & Job Description
The HR Recruiter & Operations Intern will support continuous internship recruitment and basic HR operations required for ongoing business activities. The role will involve sourcing and screening candidates, managing job postings and applications, coordinating with candidates, supporting onboarding, maintaining recruitment and HR records, updating ATS and HRMS, coordinating with the team,
and managing attendance-related information to ensure timely hiring and smooth HR operations.
Internship Nature
This is an unpaid internship. While there is no monetary compensation, the role offers structured, hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations, providing practical experience relevant to the HR and recruitment field.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Internship Recruitment Support: Will coordinate sourcing, screening, and scheduling of internship candidates across multiple roles.
2. Job Posting & Application Management: Will maintain active internship job postings and manage incoming applications through the recruitment process in a structured and timely manner.
3. Candidate Communication & Coordination: Will communicate with candidates through email and calls, share role-related information, and guide them through the selection process.
4. Onboarding & Joining Coordination: Will coordinate onboarding activities
