What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, and other job portals
Good understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, and US visa types
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
Proactive attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to work onsite from our Perungudi, Chennai office
