About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven technical sales professional to drive business growth in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) systems, industrial inspection solutions, automation, and high-value capital equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop current business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships.
• Drive sales of NDT systems, customised inspection solutions, and industrial automation systems.
• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage technical-commercial proposals, negotiations, and end-to-end sales closures.
• Build relationships across metals, pipe and bar manufacturing, railways, aluminium, automotive, aerospace, wind energy, and defence sectors.
• Coordinate with technical, application, and project teams to develop customer-specific solutions.




• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and regional sales targets across South India.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, project sales, or capital equipment sales.
• Experience in NDT technologies such as X-ray Inspection, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), or Eddy Current Testing (ECT) is highly preferred.
• Experience selling industrial automation, integrated systems, inspection solutions, or high-value capital equipment.
• Exposure to target industries such as automotive, aerospace, metals, pipes, railways, wind energy, or defence.
• Strong skills in business development, customer relationship management, commercial negotiation, and order closure.
• Willingness to travel across South India.
