Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for leading the HR function and shaping people strategy across the organization. This role oversees HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.



The Head of HR will design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and manage employee relations to foster a positive and inclusive work setting. Daily responsibilities include advising leadership on talent management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development, as well as driving initiatives to build culture, improve retention, and support change management. The role also involves developing HR metrics and reporting, optimizing HR processes and systems, and mentoring the HR team to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
Qualifications

• Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions in growing organizations.
