? Vivikon Technologies LLC is expanding its team and looking for Bench Sales Recruiters to join us at our Hyderabad office.
? Location: Onsite – Near JNTU Metro Station, Hyderabad
? Experience: 6 Months –2 Years
? Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
? Employment: Full time
?️ Food: Provided by the Company

? Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end bench sales activities for IT consultants
* Market consultants through vendor and recruitment channels
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners
* Identify relevant contract opportunities and coordinate candidate submissions
* Handle rate negotiations, submission follow-ups, and candidate marketing
* Maintain accurate daily activity, submission, and pipeline reports

? Who We’re Looking For




* 6Months –2 years of experience in Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, or Recruitment
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Basic understanding of the US IT staffing/recruitment process is preferred
* Comfortable working in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US IT staffing are welcome to apply
