We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and execution-driven Category Manager to drive category growth, business performance, and customer experience at FRND. ?

This role sits at the intersection of Business, Product, Growth, and Operations. You'll identify growth opportunities, develop category initiatives, solve complex business problems, and drive measurable outcomes. ?

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, structured problem-solving, and hands-on execution, with the ability to independently take initiatives from idea to implementation. ⚡

? Key Responsibilities

? Category Growth & Business Management

• Drive key business metrics across revenue, conversion, engagement, retention, and overall category performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, category trends, and business performance analysis.
• Execute initiatives across pricing, promotions, offerings, and monetization to improve category growth and profitability.

? Category Strategy & Development

• Identify opportunities to develop recent offerings,



improve existing experiences, and expand category potential.
• Understand consumer needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends to inform category decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams to implement category initiatives and improve customer experience. ?

? Business Analytics & Execution

• Analyze business metrics, user cohorts, conversion funnels, and performance trends to identify actionable opportunities.
• Design and execute experiments, measure outcomes, and implement improvements across business and operational processes.
• Independently drive projects from ideation to execution, leveraging AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scalability. ?

? What We're Looking For

• ? Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Business, Growth, Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or related roles, preferably in consumer internet companies.
