Guru Outdoors India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Field Sales Executive to build client relationships and generate new business through regular in-person meetings. You’ll introduce brands and businesses to our outdoor advertising and branding solutions, understand what they need, and work with our internal teams to develop suitable proposals. Our services include OOH and DOOH advertising, mobile LED vans, transit media, retail and dealer branding, and BTL activations.

This is a field-based role, with regular client visits and travel within the assigned territory.

Role:-

• Identify and approach prospective clients, including brands, businesses, agencies, and decision-makers.
• Build a pipeline through referrals, networking, prospecting, and field visits.
• Meet clients to understand their marketing goals, locations, audience, and campaign requirements.
• Present suitable outdoor advertising and branding solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up on opportunities,



negotiate terms, and work toward closing business.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations, creative, and other teams to ensure a smooth handover after a sale.
• Keep accurate records of client meetings, leads, follow-ups, proposals, and sales activity.
• Share market feedback, competitor activity, and new business opportunities with management.
• Work toward agreed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:-

• 3–5 years of experience in field sales or business development.
• Experience in advertising, media, branding, marketing, or a related industry is preferred.
• Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Confidence meeting clients and decision-makers in person.
• A self-driven approach to prospecting, relationship-building, and achieving targets.
