Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Employee is responsible for meeting prospective customers, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance products. Day-to-day activities include generating leads through various channels,



conducting sales presentations, explaining policy features and benefits, and supporting customers through the application and onboarding process. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with existing and potential customers, and working towards individual and team sales targets. The Sales Employee collaborates with colleagues and management to execute sales campaigns, participate in local marketing initiatives, and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
