Role Description The Senior SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP CRM solutions for global clients. This role includes analyzing business processes, gathering and validating requirements, and translating them into effective SAP CRM configurations and enhancements.



The consultant will oversee technical aspects such as middleware integration, system performance, and data consistency, collaborating with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Daily activities involve advising stakeholders, preparing documentation, conducting workshops and training sessions, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM environments. The role also requires contributing to best practices, mentoring junior team members, and helping improve internal methodologies and standards.
