About The Role:

This role is all about editing short-form content with a strong sense of attention, aesthetics, and storytelling.

You’ll be working on Reels and other short-form videos across different brands, so being able to understand a brand’s visual style and adapt your editing accordingly is important.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Edit short-form videos, primarily Reels, for different client accounts
• Work with footage, music, text, transitions, pacing, and other elements to create engaging edits
• Keep the content visually clean, compelling, and aligned with each brand




• Adapt your editing style depending on the brand, content, and platform
• Work on approximately 22–40 Reels a month, depending on the month and project requirements
• Take feedback, make improvements, and keep learning along the way

What We’re Looking For:

• A good eye for visuals, pacing, and what makes a video engaging
• An interest in short-form content and social media
• Someone who is comfortable learning and trying new editing styles
• Attention to detail and a willingness to take feedback
• Someone reliable, curious, and easy to work with

Full-time
Remote | Preferably Delhi NCR-based
22–40 Reels/month, may vary
