The short versionCredibled is a Canadian background check platform selling into the North American market. Our volume is climbing and we need one person to own commercial growth. You carry the number, and you build the outbound engine that scales it. This is a full-time, in-office role at our office in Guindy, Chennai.

Who we areCredibled is a background check and verification platform, 100% Canadian-owned and bootstrapped since 2020. We are headquartered in Toronto. One of our co-founders is a staffing industry veteran, so we know that market from the inside and bring a real network in it.
We help staffing agencies, employers and regulated companies across North America screen people quickly. A Canadian criminal record check usually comes back in about 15 minutes. We also run reference checks, ID verification, social media screening, US criminal checks and credential checks, across 200+ jurisdictions.
We have a growing client base, strong reviews (5/5 on Google, 4.9 on G2) and real repeat revenue. We are small and focused. The founders still answer the phone.





What this role isThis is a GTM role, and your #1 mission is growing sales. It is the first senior commercial hire at Credibled, and it is hands-on.
We are a startup, so this is not a narrow role. You carry the number and build the system at the same time. Some weeks you are on the phone closing. Some weeks you are building the process that lets us close without you. Both matter.
You work from our office in Guindy, in close daily contact with the founders in Toronto over call, chat and our shared tools. We are not asking you to manage a team of 10. We are asking you to drive growth, and to build the team and process behind it as volume grows.

What you will do• Own commercial growth. You are accountable for the check volume we run and the revenue behind it.
• Build your own lead lists. You will have our CRM, with just under 40K records, plus LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Floqer to find and enrich recent accounts.
