We are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to coordinate advertising and branding projects from planning through installation. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and up to the required quality standards.
The role involves regular vendor coordination and site visits, so it’s suited to someone who is organized, practical, and comfortable resolving issues on the ground.

Role:-

• Take project requirements from the Sales and Marketing teams and prepare timelines, budgets, material plans, and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate printing, fabrication, logistics, and installation with vendors and internal teams.
• Visit sites and supervise installations to ensure work matches the approved design, specifications, and brand standards.
• Source and coordinate vendors, compare quotations, negotiate rates, and track delivery and quality.
• Prepare project cost sheets and monitor expenses against budgets.
• Check materials such as flex, vinyl, ACP, acrylic, steel, MDF,



and LED modules for quality and suitability.
• Keep clients updated on progress, timelines, approvals, and any changes to execution.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, work orders, invoices, approvals, and site photographs.
• Flag delays or risks early and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
• Ensure teams and vendors follow site safety requirements and applicable client procedures.

Requirements:-

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or execution ideally in advertising, media, branding, or a related industry.
• Graduate or diploma qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Production, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of printing, fabrication, signage, materials, and installation processes.
• Solid vendor coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
