We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive high-quality leads and digital growth across our real estate projects.

? Key Responsibilities• Plan & manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube & other digital platforms
• Drive qualified leads, site visits & bookings
• Optimize CPL, CPQL, conversion rates, CAC & ROAS
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, remarketing & A/B testing
• Track performance through GA4, GTM, CRM & dashboards
• Work closely with Sales, CRM, Creative & Marketing teams
• Analyze campaign data and drive continuous performance improvement

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:• Have 5–8 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
• Have solid expertise in Google & Meta Ads
• Have experience in Real Estate / high-ticket lead generation
• Are highly data-driven with strong analytical & commercial acumen
• Understand the complete funnel: Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Booking
