Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their real estate requirements, and present suitable property options across residential, commercial, and retail segments. Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, managing inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems. The Sales Associate will coordinate with internal teams and developers,



assist in negotiations, support documentation processes, and contribute to meeting sales targets while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.
Qualifications

• Client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to understand requirements, present options clearly, and maintain ongoing contact with prospects and customers.
• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience or aptitude in converting leads, handling objections, and supporting deal closure in a competitive market.
• Basic understanding of real estate markets, property types, and local regulations in the Pune Division, or solid willingness to learn quickly.
