Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Panaji, with some flexibility for work from home. The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, listing and marketing properties, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with legal, financial, and other service providers.



The role involves analyzing local market trends, advising clients on pricing and negotiation strategies, and ensuring each transaction complies with relevant regulations. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with the Luxe Vista Real Estate team, attend meetings, and maintain accurate records of all interactions and deals.
Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices.
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including residential and commercial properties.
• Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, plus negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and responsiveness to client needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, managing time and tasks both in-office and remotely.
