Position Title: Delivery Associate (SME Recruitment)

About the Role
The Delivery Associate will be responsible for SME sourcing, screening, onboarding, and freelancer coordination while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders. The role requires robust communication, customer-centricity, and organisational skills to ensure smooth execution of delivery operations and accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities
1. SME Recruitment and Onboarding
• Source, vet, and screen Subject Matter Expert (SME) profiles based on business requirements.
• Conduct introductory calls with potential SMEs to assess suitability and explain role expectations.
• Coordinate with Content and Delivery teams to facilitate the SME selection and approval process.
• Ensure adherence to established workflows for SME profile evaluation and approval.
• Coordinate with selected SMEs for documentation, onboarding formalities, and related requirements.
• Address queries regarding roles, responsibilities, remuneration, and engagement terms.
2. Freelancer Management
• Coordinate with freelancers for SME sourcing and ensure timely delivery of relevant profiles.
• Facilitate the timely creation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) for freelancers.
• Follow established invoicing procedures and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely freelancer payments.
3. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Delivery, Content, Finance, and MIS teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Maintain effective communication and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Resolve operational queries and facilitate coordination between relevant teams.
4. Data and Process Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers, databases, and recruitment records.
