Role Description This full-time, on-site Associate role is based at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Bardez. The Associate will support daily hotel operations, including welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, and responding to guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.



Responsibilities may include coordinating reservations, handling basic administrative tasks, and communicating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in guest areas, monitoring supplies, and following brand standards for safety and quality. The Associate will work as part of a team to help create a consistently positive experience for all guests and support hotel efficiency.
Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality skills, including the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse guests.
• Basic administrative and organizational abilities, such as handling reservations, records, and daily operational tasks.
• Strong communication skills, including explicit spoken and written English; additional local or foreign languages are an advantage.
