Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Cybersecurity Research position focused on advancing knowledge and capabilities in cyber defense, with an unpaid engagement structure. The individual in this role will conduct security research on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors, including malware behavior and exploitation techniques.



Daily tasks include analyzing applications and systems for security weaknesses, performing reverse engineering of malware and suspicious binaries, and documenting findings in clear technical reports and research papers. The role also involves collaborating with other researchers, contributing to internal knowledge bases, supporting development of training materials, and participating in virtual meetings, briefings, and research reviews. The position is designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience and contributions to impactful cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications
• Strong foundational knowledge in Cybersecurity and Security Research, with the ability to investigate complex threat landscapes and security issues.
• Skills in Application Security, including secure coding concepts, vulnerability identification, and mitigation strategies for web and software applications.
• Experience or robust interest in Malware Analysis and Reverse
