Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Business Development Executives based in Agartala. The role involves identifying and approaching prospective clients, presenting Ortus Finance’s investment and asset allocation offerings, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding financial needs and risk profiles,



coordinating with internal teams to propose suitable solutions, and following up to close opportunities. Business Development Executives will also track market trends, maintain accurate records of leads and conversions, prepare basic reports on sales performance, and ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with regulatory requirements. The role requires proactive networking, regular field visits, and skilled representation of the company in local markets and events.
Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
