Role Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator to own day-to-day IT operations while building out a more mature infrastructure, identity, endpoint, and security backbone as Inkers scales.



This role goes beyond frontline support — you will administer Microsoft 365 and endpoint/MDM environments end-to-end, strengthen identity and access management, support cloud administration across AWS/Azure, and bring structure to IT security and compliance practices. You will also mentor and support junior IT staff and act as the go-to escalation point for complex issues.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities
• Own Microsoft 365 administration — Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive — including licensing, mail flow, retention policies, and PowerShell-driven automation.
• Lead identity and access management across Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user provisioning/deprovisioning, security groups, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Administer endpoint and MDM environments (Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, or equivalent) across Windows, macOS, and iOS — device enrollment, compliance policies,
