Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls
✅ Coordinate with US dental offices, receptionists, and office managers
✅ Follow up on requests and schedule callbacks
✅ Maintain accurate records in the CRM
✅ Meet call quality and productivity targets
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
?️ Robust English communication and professional phone etiquette
? Good computer skills and CRM knowledge
? Confidence in making frequent calls
? Dental or healthcare calling experience is a plus
