Role Description CA Inter Trainees will support the finance and accounts team in daily activities such as recording transactions, assisting with ledgers, and preparing financial reports and reconciliations. Responsibilities include supporting audits, helping with budgeting and variance analysis, working on compliance-related documentation, and contributing to MIS and management reporting. Trainees will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, assist in process improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements. This is an internship role based on-site at JSW Energy Ltd. in Ratnagiri.
Qualifications
• CA Inter qualified or pursuing CA with successful completion of both groups or at least one group of CA Intermediate.
• Robust fundamentals in accounting,



financial reporting, taxation, and auditing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to interpret financial data.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Interest in the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors will be considered beneficial.
