Role Description The Senior Executive – Inside Sales will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for online programs offered through UNext Learning’s university partners. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area and involves engaging prospective learners through phone, email, and online channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs. The role includes generating and qualifying leads,



following up on inquiries, conducting product demonstrations or counseling sessions, and converting leads into enrollments. The Senior Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track performance against targets, and collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimize learner outreach. The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive enrollment experience for all prospective learners.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Inside Sales and Sales skills, including experience managing the full sales cycle and achieving enrollment or revenue targets.
