What you'll do
• Improve website conversion rate. Work on landing pages, product pages, and the overall funnel to turn more visitors into buyers.
• Improve ROAS on performance. Help paid spend on Meta and Google work harder through testing and sharper targeting.
• Own key metrics day to day: ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, bounce, add to cart, and checkout drop offs.
• Run experiments. A/B test pages,



creatives, and copy, and learn what actually moves the numbers.
• Spot friction in the customer journey and suggest fixes. Small changes, measured impact.
• Help with lifecycle basics: email, SMS, and WhatsApp flows that bring customers back.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For
• Final year student or fresh graduate, with some hands on experience in D2C, growth, or digital marketing. An internship, a live project, or your own store all count.
• Comfortable with numbers. You like ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and funnel metrics, and you can read a spreadsheet.
• Some exposure to GA4, Shopify, or Meta and Google Ads. Not an expert, but you've touched them.
• A sharp eye for what makes a landing page convert: layout, copy, load speed, clarity.
• Curious and self driven. You test, you learn, you don't wait to be told.
• Solid with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bonus: any exposure to CRO tools, Fi
