Role Description The Area Sales Manager/ASE – GT – Personal Care (Bangalore South India) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving general trade sales for personal care products across the assigned territory,



including managing distributors and retail partners, executing sales plans, and meeting revenue and volume targets. The individual will oversee daily market visits, monitor stock levels, ensure proper merchandising and visibility, and build strong relationships with key accounts. The role includes planning and implementing promotional activities, tracking competitor movements, analyzing sales data, and preparing regular performance reports. The Area Sales Manager/ASE will collaborate closely with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize product availability and implement brand strategies in the marketplace.
