Creators Convo is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to generate current business, onboard brands, close influencer marketing campaigns and build long-term partnerships with companies, agencies and creators.
The ideal candidate should understand digital marketing, influencer campaigns, brand partnerships and sales, and should be comfortable handling the complete business development cycle from prospecting to campaign closure.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and approach potential brands, startups, agencies and businesses for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, events and referrals.
• Pitch Creators Convo’s influencer marketing, creator collaboration and AI-powered marketing solutions.




• Understand client objectives, campaign requirements, target audience and marketing budgets.
• Prepare campaign proposals, quotations and creator recommendations.
• Coordinate with the internal team to shortlist suitable influencers for each campaign.
• Negotiate commercials and close brand partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and drive repeat campaigns.
• Manage follow-ups, proposals, meetings and deal pipelines through CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with creators, operations and campaign teams after a deal is closed.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Build partnerships with marketing agencies, PR firms, event companies and other ecosystem partners.
• Track monthly sales targets, conversion rates, pipeline value and revenue generated.
