The Role
We are hiring a Social Media Manager to run social media for 4 to 6 client brands at a time across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube. You will own each account end to end: the monthly content calendar, briefs to design and video, client approvals, publishing, community management and the monthly report. Clients will deal with you directly on everything social, so you need to be organised, quick to respond and confident on a call.



You will be measured on calendars approved on time, posts published without errors, client satisfaction and growth on every account, not on post count alone.

What You Will Do
Content planning
• Build a monthly content calendar for every client brand (themes, formats, captions, hashtags, posting dates) and get client sign-off by the 25th of the previous month
• Plan the right mix of static posts, carousels, reels, stories and LinkedIn documents for each brand's goals, campaigns, launches and key dates
• Track trends, audio, formats and competitor pages, and turn the useful ones into post ideas within the same week

Execution and publishing
• Write clear briefs for graphic designers and the video editor; review every creative for brand fit, copy and spelling before it goes to the client
• Write and edit captions, hooks, hashtags and CTAs tailored to each platform
