Role Description The Sales Head – Corporate and Commercial Interiors will lead business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management for corporate and commercial interior projects. This full-time, in office role involves identifying and approaching prospective clients, developing new accounts, and nurturing long-term partnerships with architects, designers, project managers, and corporate decision-makers. The role includes preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating closely with design, operations, and production teams to ensure timely,



customized solutions. The Sales Head will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities also include setting sales targets, mentoring the sales team, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications
• Strong sales leadership experience in corporate, commercial interiors, or furniture solutions, including business development and key account management.
• Proficiency in consultative selling, client relationship management, and contract negotiation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Knowledge of interior design concepts, commercial furniture solutions, and project-based sales cycles, preferably within office and hospitality environments.
