What would you do?

• Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of payroll experience across countries such as US, UK, Europe, India, etc.
• Understanding of payroll legislation, including:
•




• US W4 W2 Forms
•
• UK P60 P45 P11D
•
• Final Paycheck Laws
•
• State Reciprocal Agreements
• Knowledge of payroll controls and checks to ensure payroll accuracy, such as:
•
• Payroll reconciliation
•
• Variance analysis
•
• Zero or Negative Net Pay reports
•
• Duplicate payment
• Knowledge of ERP applications such as:
• SAP
• Workday
• PeopleSoft
• Good Excel skills including:
• VLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Payroll certification is an added advantage.
• Understand and perform the full range of payroll processes, including:
• Payroll inputs
• Payroll controls and checks
• Payroll reports
• Payroll inquiries
• Year-end activities
