Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused HR Operations Specialist professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR data management, payroll coordination, and off-roll workforce administration.

The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple operational priorities, and the confidence to collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and locations.

The role requires hands-on HR operational experience, strong data management capabilities, and a solution-oriented approach. Working knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance is expected, while specialized compliance activities will be managed through a centralized support structure.

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities,



including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, employee data changes, and separation processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Handle employee queries related to HR processes, policies, documentation, and operational matters.

2. HR Data Management, HRIS & MIS Reporting
• Maintain accurate, updated, and reliable employee master data across HR systems and databases.
• Prepare and maintain periodic HR MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
• Monitor workforce-related metrics such as headcount, attrition, attendance, leave, employee movements, and off-roll workforce data.
• Conduct regular data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
