About Globeia

Moving to another country means proving who you are, again and again. Fingerprints, police clearances, apostilles, translations, visas. Today that process is slow, confusing and built around government counters. Globeia exists to fix it.

We started in 2020 and we are fully bootstrapped. No outside investors, no burn for the sake of burn. Every city we open is paid for by customers who needed us. Today Globeia is live in 70 cities across North America, Europe, the UK, Australia and India, with offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Toronto, London, Lisbon, Barcelona, Madrid, Sydney, Melbourne and Gurugram. By the end of this year we will be live in more than 100 cities.

What we are building

We are building a global identity platform: one place where a person's identity and documents live, verified once and ready for every move they make for the rest of their life. Think of it as the record that travels with you across borders.

That is a big product and an even bigger brand problem.



Globeia has to feel trustworthy enough for someone to hand over their fingerprints, and warm enough that they come back years later for their next move. It has to work in Lisbon, Toronto, Sydney and Delhi without feeling like it belongs to only one of them. Very few Indian teams get to build a consumer brand at that scale from day one. This one does.

Why this role, and why Gurugram

Gurugram is where Globeia gets built. Our product, technology, design and global operations teams sit here, and this is the office every other city runs through. The person who shapes how Globeia looks, sounds and grows needs to be in the room where the product is made, not briefing it from a distance.

Until now, brand and marketing have been led by our founder alongside everything else. The company has outgrown that. We have a product in 70 cities, a platform launch ahead of us and a brand that needs to be rebuilt to match where we are going. We need one person to own all of it.
