Sales Development Representative (B2B Inside Sales)

About the role
We're a founder-led team that builds software, sells AI-powered products and helps large manufacturers cut costs. We're looking for an SDR who enjoys calling, can talk to a startup founder in the morning and a plant CFO in the afternoon, and turns cold calls into paying clients.
You'll work directly with the founder and own the pipeline from first call to closed deal.

What you'll sell
• Custom software and AI services: business apps, AI automation, web and mobile apps, and MVPs for SMEs and early-stage founders
• Two in-house SaaS products: pitch them, run demos, and convert businesses into paying subscribers
• Cost auditing services for manufacturing companies with ₹100 Cr+ turnover: reach CFOs, MDs and plant heads and book meetings with our audit team

What you'll do
• Make 60–80 outbound calls a day to targeted prospects
• Qualify leads on need, budget and decision-making authority, then book discovery calls and demos




• Follow up consistently over calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
• Handle objections and move prospects toward closure
• Log every conversation in the CRM
• Hit monthly targets for meetings booked and revenue closed
• Share prospect feedback with the founder to sharpen pitches and offers

What we're looking for
• 2–5 years in B2B inside sales, tele-sales or an SDR role
• Fluent English and Hindi, and confident on the phone with senior decision-makers
• Comfortable with both short SME sales cycles and longer consultative enterprise deals
• Organised and persistent, and able to take rejection without losing momentum
• Hands-on with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
• Bonus: experience selling SaaS, IT services or to manufacturing companies
