Role Description The AR Caller – Healthcare role is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable activities for healthcare clients,



including following up with insurance companies and other payers on outstanding claims. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing claim status, identifying denials and underpayments, initiating timely follow-ups via phone and online portals, and documenting all interactions accurately in the billing system. The role involves working closely with internal RCM, billing, and coding teams to resolve claim issues, update account information, and ensure adherence to payer guidelines and compliance standards. The AR Caller will also contribute to meeting collection targets, maintaining quality and productivity metrics, and supporting continuous process improvements in the healthcare RCM function.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, including claims processing, denials, and insurance follow-up.
• Experience in AR calling or medical billing for U.S. or global healthcare markets,
