About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organised Franchise Success & Launch Executive to manage franchisee relationships, coordinate new outlet launches and ensure smooth operations across our growing franchise network.
The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, ensuring timely resolution of queries, efficient onboarding and consistent execution of TBWX's operational processes.
Key Responsibilities1. Franchisee Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for existing franchise partners.
• Handle routine franchisee queries, complaints and operational support requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with franchisees and ensure adherence to company SOPs.

2. Franchise Onboarding & Store Launches
• Manage the onboarding process for newly signed franchisees.




• Coordinate documentation, agreement formalities and onboarding checklists.
• Track store readiness, equipment, branding, menu setup, Petpooja configuration and aggregator onboarding.
• Coordinate with franchisees and vendors to ensure timely outlet launches.
• Conduct structured post-launch follow-ups to address initial operational challenges.

3. Operations Coordination
• Maintain a central tracker of all outlets, franchisee details, launch status and pending issues.
• Coordinate with the operations, marketing and accounts teams for timely execution.
• Monitor pending tasks and follow up with relevant stakeholders until closure.
• Escalate critical issues to management with a transparent summary and recommended action.

4. Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare weekly reports covering franchisee queries, onboarding progress, upcoming launches and unresolved issues.
• Maintain accurate records of franchisee commun
