Role : AI & Ml Engineer

About the role
You will build and ship practical AI solutions — machine learning models and generative AI applications — that solve real problems across our real estate business. Think document intelligence for contracts and invoices, smarter lead scoring, demand and price forecasting, and AI assistants for employees and customers.
What you will do
• Work with business teams to understand problems and shape them into AI/ML use cases.
• Build, train and fine-tune ML and deep learning models for prediction, classification and NLP tasks.
• Develop generative AI applications using LLMs, including RAG, summarization and document extraction.
• Prepare, clean and engineer features from structured and unstructured data.
• Evaluate models for accuracy,



bias and cost, and keep improving them in production.
What you will bring
• Robust Python and core ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Pandas).
• Solid grounding in ML fundamentals, statistics and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings and vector databases.
• Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, Git and Docker.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field.
Good to have
• Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubernetes or Azure DevOps.
• Domain exposure to real estate, construction or a GCC setup.
