About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven HR Talent Acquisition Intern with an engineering background and prior hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Manager and hiring teams to manage recruitment execution across multiple technical and non-technical positions.

You will be responsible for sourcing and screening relevant candidates through LinkedIn Hiring and other channels, managing recruitment workflows on Keka ATS, coordinating interviews, ensuring timely feedback, and driving candidates through the hiring process to onboarding.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, communicates confidently, takes ownership of targets, and can manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Role Details
• Location: Bengaluru
• Working Model: Full-time, Work From Office (5 days a week)
• Internship Duration: 3 months
• Monthly Stipend: ₹20,000
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

The internship may be extended or converted into a full time opportunity depending on the intern's performance, business requirements, and hiring needs at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing and Screening
• Source relevant candidates for assigned technical and non-technical internship and full-time positions using LinkedIn Hiring and other relevant sourcing channels.
• Screen profiles against job requirements and shortlist candidates who meet the role's technical, functional, and experience criteria.
• Conduct initial candidate calls to assess fitment, communication, interest, availability, and compensation expectations, wherever applicable.
• Clearly communicate Convin's business, the role, responsibilities, and recruitment process to prospective candidates.
• Manage 3–4 open positions simultaneously while maintaining sourcing quality and recruitment timelines.
