Role Description The Front Office Executive is a full time, on-site role based at our resort in Alleppey. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation.



The Front Office Executive will respond to guest inquiries, address service requests, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and maintain accurate records in the property management system. Daily responsibilities include managing phone calls and emails, processing payments, assisting with room allocation, and supporting guests with local information and resort offerings. The role requires a professional, guest-centric approach, adherence to company standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.
