Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving recent business and managing strategic client relationships for Strategic Shift’s consulting and venture offerings. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, understanding client needs,



and positioning appropriate solutions and services. The Sales Executive will prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and work with internal consulting teams to ensure seamless handoff and effective delivery. This role also involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track activities and forecast revenue, and collaborating with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns. The Sales Executive is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while representing Strategic Shift’s values of integrity, professionalism, and client-centricity.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in management consulting, professional services, or technology-driven solutions.
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing complex deals.
• Ability to understand and articulate strategy, transformation, innovation, and change management
