The role

A excellent travel ad sells the possibility of a holiday. Your job is to turn that possibility into profitable bookings. Own destination campaigns, test what makes travellers act, and use sales feedback to improve the entire acquisition funnel.

What you will own

• Own hands on Meta Ads and Google Ads execution for assigned destinations, from campaign setup to optimisation and budget decisions.
• Find the next winning creative or audience: write focused briefs, run structured tests, and scale ideas that improve qualified leads and bookings.
• Track spend through qualified leads, bookings and contribution margin with CRM and data teams. Diagnose city,



destination and campaign level performance.
• Close the feedback loop with sales: understand why leads book or drop off, then change targeting, creative and landing pages accordingly.
• Maintain campaign hygiene, UTMs and conversion tracking with the tech team; report clear actions and results.

What we are looking for

• Hands on ownership of paid campaigns with measurable outcomes; specify the platform you know best.
• Strong spreadsheet analysis and working knowledge of GA4, ad platform reporting and conversion tracking.
• Ability to explain CPL, cost per booking, ROAS and profitability without confusing booking value with net revenue.
• Travel or other sales assisted, high consideration acquisition experience is useful.

How success will be measured
Qualified lead cost, cost per booking, lead to booking conversion and contribution after marketing spend.
