About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to promote Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) services to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and financial services.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate leads from potential customers for Personal Loan and OD products.
• Make outbound calls and explain loan products, features, and eligibility criteria.
• Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Assist customers in collecting KYC, income proof, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan application processing.
• Follow up with customers throughout the application and disbursement process.




• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

Eligibility & Requirements• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in sales, telecalling, banking, loans, or financial services will be an advantage.
• Valuable communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Ability to work toward sales targets and follow up with customers.
• Hindi proficiency and basic English communication skills.
