Role Description This full-time, on-site Learning and Development Specialist role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee development, performance improvement, and alignment with business needs.



Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating instructional materials, facilitating classroom and blended learning sessions, and managing content within learning management systems. The role also involves coaching employees and leaders, monitoring learning effectiveness through data and feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant, engaging, and scalable. The specialist will continuously update programs to reflect best practices in customer experience, AI-driven solutions, and organizational performance.
