Job Summary
• We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our current business development efforts across India. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on sales professional who thrives on acquiring new customers, penetrating untapped markets, and closing high-value enterprise technology deals.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian enterprise technology market, established relationships with key decision-makers, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth across private enterprises, government organizations, and public sector undertakings (PSUs).
• You will operate as a strategic business development professional and individual contributor, owning key client relationships while building a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new customer acquisition across India by targeting strategic accounts in large enterprises, government organizations, and PSUs.
• Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets, industry verticals,



and business segments with tailored value propositions.
• Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and deal closure.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on new business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, business decision-makers, government departments, and public sector organizations.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive business development and opportunity management.
• Collaborate with presales, marketing, and technology teams to develop customized solutions and proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities across digital transformation, cloud, SaaS, AI, automation, application modernization, and enterprise technology services.
