Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, with a focus on building and expanding the customer base in the pharmaceutical sector.



Daily responsibilities include lead generation, qualifying prospects, conducting client meetings and presentations, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. The Senior Business Development Executive will develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with internal teams such as production, quality, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution. The role also requires market research, competitor analysis, and regular reporting on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
• Solid new business development and lead generation skills, with a proven ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of B2B sales, preferably within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or manufacturing.
