Job Description:
Looking for an individual contributor Civil Engineer to independently manage day-to-day site activities, quality, and progress as per drawing and schedule at our startup’s sites in Chennai and Chengalpattu.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site execution for residential buildings,
Check drawings and specifications and ensure work is carried out accordingly.
Monitor contractors/labour, material usage, and work quality.
Prepare daily progress reports,



material requirement lists, and basic site measurements.
Coordinate with founder/project manager, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
Ensure safety, housekeeping, and adherence to construction standards at site.
Assist in BBS, quantity take-off, and basic billing support if required.
Required SkillsGood knowledge of building construction (footing, columns, beams, slabs, brickwork, plastering, finishing etc.).
Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
Strong ownership mindset; ability to work independently at site (startup culture).
Basic MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting and communication skills.
