Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist in Business Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is critical for translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions, driving innovation, and enhancing operational efficiency within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in delivering impactful business outcomes.

Job Description:

1. Lead and facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to define business problems and generate creative solutions.

2. Conduct in-depth business analysis, gathering and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.

3. Develop comprehensive process flows, use cases, and system architecture diagrams using UML.

4. Utilize M365 Suites of Products effectively for collaboration, documentation, and project management.

5. Create and present data-driven insights and dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau to support decision-making.

6. Act as a primary liaison between business units and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

7. Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions.

8. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

9. Ensure proposed solutions align with strategic business objectives and regulatory compliance standards, particularly within the BFSI domain.

Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate conflict resolution to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

8-12 years of progressive experience in business analysis, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Proven expertise in facilitating Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops.

Advanced proficiency with M365 Suites of Products (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Demonstrated ability to create compelling data visualizations and reports using PowerBI and Tableau.

Strong command of UML diagrams for modeling business processes and system designs.

Deep understanding of core BFSI domains such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, or Regulatory Compliance.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of an organization.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
