We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong business mindset, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer needs.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads through various channels.
Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
Schedule and participate in client meetings and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into business.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Track sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and business development performance.
Meet individual and team sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Valuable customer relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel or meet clients when required.
Strong willingness to learn and contribute to business growth.
